Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is recruiting a Part Time Team Leader in Cardigan to guide a retail team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance. You will coach staff, oversee daily operations and ensure visual standards are met to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Role focuses on leadership, team development and achieving sales KPIs, while maintaining safety and brand representation in the local community.
