Job summary

Spandex is seeking a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to lead the UK operational procurement activities, optimize stock and strengthen procurement-to-pay processes. You will work in a matrix organisation with cross-functional teams to improve availability, inventory accuracy and supplier performance.

Reporting to UK Finance & Operations Director, you will drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships and build a high-performing procurement team within the UK Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory management.
• Experience leading an operational team.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK operational procurement team.
• End-to-end procurement-to-pay process ownership and improvement.
• Align stock ordering with forecasts and manage stock levels.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT and suppliers to optimise processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive practical improvements across procurement and inventory.
