Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to shape and improve supply chain performance across UK, US and Canada, with key production sites in Bristol.

This role leads strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, continuity of supply, and cross-functional planning, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Project Management to enable growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Senior supply chain leadership in manufacturing or engineering.
• Developed and implemented supply chain strategy and processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, KPIs, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain strategy and governance across the business.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Sales and Project Management to support planning and NPI.
