Job Description:

Our client, an exciting Food & Beverage business aiming to replicate their overseas success in the UK, is looking to recruit a well-connected, experienced F&B Sales candidate to drive new business in this country. Working on a hybrid basis (Central London) with full autonomy over your diary, this is an incredible opportunity to launch an amazing brand in the UK!

Our client has been established for nearly 30 years, enjoying success across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa, with products available in over 50 countries. Their range includes beverages, snacks, and dairy products, meeting everyday needs for their dedicated customer base. As they expand into the UK, initially focusing on their flagship juice/ice tea product, they seek the perfect candidate to drive new business.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new business with major UK grocers/supermarkets and smaller wholesale/independent retailers
  2. Managing and owning client relationships post-closure
  3. Exceeding sales and revenue targets
  4. Upselling different products to existing clients
  5. Identifying potential areas for future growth
  6. Conducting regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and growth
  7. Performing competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in developing new business and managing client relationships within the UK grocery market, especially non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Genuine motivation to earn bonuses
  • Confident, consultative approach when engaging with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fun, sociable personality
