Job summary

Zucchetti UK Ltd is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth of Inrecruiting in the UK. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and demos to proposals, negotiations and closing, while supporting customers after implementation.

As the local commercial lead, you will partner with our Italian HQ and the Zucchetti UK team to expand presence among SMBs, mid-market firms, and recruitment agencies, leveraging an established ATS platform enriched with AI features.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new UK business opportunities.
• Own full sales cycle from lead to closing.
• Deliver product demos and tailor solutions.
• Ensure onboarding and customer satisfaction with support teams.
• Develop partnerships with HR tech ecosystem.
• Provide market feedback for strategy and product improvements.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
