Job summary

Reachdesk, a SaaS gifting platform, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment for global campaigns. You will shape supplier strategy, build a best‑in‑class vendor network, and drive product catalog development for client campaigns.

This remote (UK‑based) role operates in a fast, high‑volume environment, balancing speed, cost, and quality across multiple stakeholders while collaborating with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver standout campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with direct supplier/decorator interaction.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build out and manage our vendor network as the business scales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing that balances market competitiveness with strong margins for Reachdesk.
• Oversee large or complex orders with multiple vendors or custom product development.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to streamline global fulfilment.
• Lead continuous improvement of procurement and order management processes.
