Lorien is seeking a Project Manager - People Transformation to lead enterprise-wide workforce transformation initiatives for a prominent UK financial services client. You will oversee planning, delivery, and adoption across HR, Talent, Learning, and technology workstreams, ensuring value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role demands a delivery-focused mindset, strong communication, risk management, and experience in complex transformation programs within regulated environments.

Qualificações

• Proven track record delivering large HR/people transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating complex multi-workstream initiatives.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk-management capabilities.
• Experience in regulated industries and large-scale change programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead People Transformation from mobilisation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate activities across HR, People, Technology, Data, and external partners.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, resources, and priorities.
• Ensure deliverables align with workforce and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Facilitate decision-making and escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate tech, data, and change activities for integrated delivery.
• Partner with Change and Communications to drive stakeholder engagement and readiness.
• Manage third-party suppliers and implementers as required.
• Support transition of new processes into operational ownership.
