Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors to relocate to the United States and work on some of the largest data centre developments in North America. Opportunities span across Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City, Dallas, and Amarillo, with an emphasis on hyperscale, mission-critical projects and international career growth.

The role offers a generous salary with annual bonus and a relocation package, plus unlimited paid time off. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
