Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors willing to relocate to the United States to work on major data centre developments across Dallas, Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Amarillo. The role offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 plus a 10% annual bonus and a relocation package of $10,000–$12,000.

Unlimited PTO and global project exposure are included. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years' experience, and be prepared to relocate to the U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience on complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong cost management and commercial skills.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
