Metric Geo is recruiting UK-based Quantity Surveyors to relocate to the United States and work on large-scale data centre developments across Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City, Amarillo and more. The role offers a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 with a 10% annual bonus, plus a relocation package worth $10,000–$12,000 and unlimited paid time off.
Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided as part of the package.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
- 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
- Strong commercial and cost management experience.
- Must hold a British Passport.
- Open to relocating to the United States.
