Job summary

Cyan Renewables, based in Fordoun, UK, is seeking an experienced Project and Operations Manager to lead UK Projects, Manufacturing, Workshop and Operational functions. You will ensure safe, efficient and profitable delivery of projects across the UK, coordinating with engineering, commercial, HSEQ and operations teams.

In this role you will drive operational excellence, nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities while contributing to diversification and expansion strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency in project management and planning tools.
• 7–10 years’ subsea/offshore operations or oil & gas project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Projects and Operations strategy in line with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and accountability for UK project and operational delivery.
• Oversee project planning, mobilisation and execution within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project, manufacturing, workshop and operational teams.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, utilisation and continuous improvement across operational functions.
• Manage resources, equipment, facilities and personnel to meet operational needs.
• Oversee asset performance, maintenance and readiness; ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Build client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships; support tenders and business development.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting and cost control; develop team capability through coaching.
