Senior Project Director – London Role PurposeWorley is seeking several accomplished Senior Project Directors to lead the successful delivery of major energy projects from our London office. These strategic leadership roles will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary programmes across the full project lifecycle, from concept and FEED through EPC/EPCM execution, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover.
We are looking for industry-recognised leaders with extensive experience delivering large-scale capital projects within one of the following sectors:
Successful candidates will bring a proven track record of leading major projects and programmes, managing global and multi-cultural project teams, developing trusted client relationships, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. They will be expected to work closely with Business Development to identify, shape, and capture key opportunities, as well as with senior leadership to deliver the required business and project outcomes. They will possess strong safety, commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management expertise, together with the ability to navigate complex technical, regulatory, and delivery environments.
As a senior leader within Worley, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through the evolving energy landscape, driving project excellence while contributing to the delivery of sustainable and responsible energy solutions worldwide.
