Job summary

Human Appeal in the UK is seeking a UK Programmes Coordinator in the Fundraising department to support planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and administration of UK-based programmes.

The postholder will work with internal departments, local partners, community organisations, and stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered effectively, budgets are monitored, programme activities documented, and reporting requirements met.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the charity or third sector.
• Understanding of UK community programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting grant-funded projects.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and implementation of UK programmes.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and delivery in line with programme objectives.
• Maintain programme files, records, beneficiary data, and project documentation.
• Assist in monitoring project performance and progress against agreed targets.
• Coordinate meetings with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams and ensure actions are followed up.
• Support programme evaluations and lessons learned exercises.
