Job summary

Bolton Associates in the UK is seeking an ambitious pricing actuary to shape the future of UK Pricing within a global insurance company. You will work closely with Head of Pricing and senior actuarial leadership to influence governance, portfolio performance and underwriting strategy.

You will be a key voice in developing the UK Pricing function, champion actuarial insight, and help drive business growth with visibility across pricing, modelling and business planning.

Working closely with the Head of Pricing, UK and senior actuarial leadership, you'll help shape how pricing evolves - strengthening governance, driving better performance and enabling the business to pursue growth with confidence. You'll have visibility across pricing strategy, portfolio performance, modelling, business planning and underwriting, while building relationships with senior stakeholders across Pricing, Actuarial and the wider organisation.

You'll be a key voice in the development of the UK Pricing function, identifying opportunities to improve how the team work, championing the value of actuarial insight and influencing important business decisions. You'll also have the opportunity to develop others, shape team culture and play an early leadership role within a growing function.
