• Collaborate with HR to update employee data regarding changes in pay, deductions, or benefits.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related financial reports for management review.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, employment legislation, and internal controls during payroll processing.
