Knight Frank seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end UK payroll for over 3,000 employees across seven pay groups. The role drives accuracy, timeliness and compliance while partnering with Finance, HR and external providers to optimise processes and reporting.

The successful candidate will manage relationships, leverage SAP/Workday platforms, and oversee payroll operations to ensure a seamless employee experience across the UK business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading payroll for a large UK workforce.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll compliance and governance.
• Ability to drive process improvements across payroll operations.
