Job summary

Xplor Technologies UK is seeking a Manager, Device & Merchant Technology UK to oversee the device lifecycle, performance and strategy across the Global Payment Operations unit. You will work with Business Units, Payments and manufacturers to ensure compliant, cost-effective and reliable merchant services.

Responsibilities include forecasting, procurement, deployment, asset management and governance of the POS Portal relationship, SLAs and KPIs, plus collaboration with Product, Engineering and

Qualifications

• Experience with payments, merchant acquiring or fintech operations.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of device lifecycle management, fulfilment, inventory controls and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the device lifecycle from forecasting and purchasing through deployment, support, replacement, returns, refurbishment and retirement.
• Maintain accurate serial-number records and monitor device performance, usage and condition.
• Lead migrations across Business Units, coordinating with POS Portal and internal teams while maintaining standards.
• Own the operating model and vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met and reviewed periodically.
• Coordinate software, firmware and security updates with Product, Engineering, Operations and vendors.
