Job summary

Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline is seeking a UK Outstations Engineer to lead Ryanair’s UK Engineering Line Stations. Based at Stansted, Birmingham or Manchester Airport, you will manage routine maintenance, incidents and third-party liaison, in a 4 on 4 off day shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Aircraft Line Maintenance experience.
• EASA Part-66 B1/B2 License (Desirable).
• Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement (Desirable).
• Boeing 737-Max Type Endorsement (Desirable).
• Excellent time management and communication with Senior Management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership, capable of remotely managing diverse teams.
• Aeronautical Engineering background.
• Experience in Aviation or Engineering.
• AMOS IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS Experience (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead Ryanair’s UK Engineering Line Stations and coordinate daily operations.
• Manpower planning, budgeting, and third-party contracts.
• Ensure UK CAA and EASA compliance and staff welfare.
• Mentor engineers and apprentices; investigate delays and non-conformities.
