Job summary

COROS seeks a UK Operations Manager based in the UK to drive efficient and high‑quality operational support for our global team. This role emphasizes project management, UK logistics expertise, and cross‑timezone collaboration, with Mandarin Chinese fluency as a key asset.

Reporting to the Country Manager UK, you will manage 2B orders, integrate 3PL partnerships, optimize warehouse operations, and mentor the UK Operations & Return Specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in operations, order fulfillment, or supply chain within the UK market.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, proactive, and detail‑oriented problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Business English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage 2B order processing from creation to fulfillment and be main in-house contact for 2B customers.
• Oversee third‑party logistics (3PL) implementations for UK warehouses and process integration.
• Continuously improve UK logistics and warehouse operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams across time zones.
• Provide data insights and reports on UK logistics performance to support decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop our Operations & Return Specialist UK.
