Job summary

COROS seeks a UK Operations Manager to oversee UK logistics, 3PL partnerships, and warehouse operations, working closely with global teams to align processes with business goals.

The role requires strong project management, 5+ years in UK operations, and Mandarin Chinese fluency. Location is onsite with hybrid flexibility, near Skipton extending to Manchester; salary starts at £44,000 with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, order fulfillment, or supply chain within the UK market.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Business English and Mandarin Chinese to coordinate with HQ in China.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2B order processing from creation to fulfillment to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
• Lead the implementation of 3PL partnerships for UK warehouses and integrate processes.
• Continuously improve UK logistics and warehouse operations, monitor performance and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges such as discrepancies and delays, communicating with stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics data to identify improvements and collaborate with Sales, CS, and Supply Chain, plus HQs.
• Provide data insights and reports on UK logistics and warehouse performance for decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Operations & Return Specialist UK.
