Job summary

PEXA Group in the UK is seeking an Operations Director to shape the next stage of our UK journey. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you’ll lead the strategic direction and performance of operations across PEXA, Optima Legal and Amity Law.

You’ll bring a strong track record in regulated financial services, build capable teams and drive a coherent operating model across multiple businesses, while maintaining discipline and commercial momentum.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in regulated environments such as financial services

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver an operations strategy aligned to UK growth and regulatory responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the senior operational leadership team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Translate business strategy into practical operational priorities, plans and measures.
• Oversee FCA and SRA regulatory delivery and related governance, controls and incident management.
• Own budgets and oversee suppliers, costs, forecasts and performance.
• Provide operational insight and assurance to the CEO, Executive Committee and UK Board.
