Job summary

Panthera Biopartners is seeking a UK Operational Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across multiple UK sites, ensuring adherence to GxP, ICH-GCP and internal policies. You will drive the Quality Management System, support audits, monitor CAPAs and provide guidance to site teams, working with operations leadership and study teams.

Qualifications

• GxP, ICH-GCP and regulatory standards familiarity.
• Audit readiness and CAPA experience beneficial.
• Quality management system oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the operational quality and compliance framework for UK sites.
• Conduct regular Operational Compliance Checks and produce reports with findings.
• Create quarterly compliance plans and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Identify compliance metrics and present data insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure sites remain inspection ready at all times.
• Lead and support preparation for internal audits, sponsor audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provide site readiness assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented prior to inspection.
• Support audit responses and follow-up actions.
