Reporting to the Site Operations Director, The UK Operational Compliance Manager (OCM) is responsible for overseeing operational compliance across multiple UK sites, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and quality standards
The role supports operational efficiency, process compliance and continuous improvement by providing oversight, mentoring, and guidance to site teams. The OCM ensures effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), supports audit readiness, monitors quality issues (QIs), and drives corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to resolution.
The post holder will work closely with Site Operations leadership, functional heads, and study teams to maintain compliance with GxP, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory standards.
There will be a requirement to work across local Panthera sites as required from time to time.
