Job summary

Job&Talent is looking for an Onsite Coordinator to support our peak recruitment period, working on-site to manage the end-to-end candidate journey from interview through to start date, and to be a primary contact for candidates and workers during high-volume periods.

You will ensure onboarding documents are accurate and compliant, book start dates and site allocations, and liaise with the wider recruitment and operations teams to hit daily staffing targets in a fast-paced environment that values

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a coordination role is desirable.
• Clear, confident communicator able to engage individuals and groups.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Capable of working under pressure during busy periods.
• Attention to detail in high-volume onboarding processes.
