Job summary

Stryker’s Neurovascular division is focused on advancing minimally invasive therapies in the UK. The Territory Manager role in London and Cambridge involves sales, clinical support, and education for the HEM portfolio across the UK/Ireland.

Qualifications

• Excellent training, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to travel and work independently in a field role.
• Familiarity with NHS system, procurement and budget environments in UK hospitals (advantage).
• Strong collaborative mindset with cross‑functional work experience (sales, marketing, clinical education).
• Must hold full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales results in line with annual targets for the HEM portfolio.
• Provide expert clinical support on interventional neurovascular procedures.
• Support live cases in-lab or hybrid theatre to assist with device setup and operator training.
• Design and deliver education programmes, workshops, simulation training for hospital teams.
• Develop training materials and competency programmes.
• Mentor internal staff and external stakeholder groups to enhance knowledge of stroke pathways and devices.
• Partner with territory sales and marketing to develop growth plans for key HEM accounts in UK&I.
