Job summary

The UK National Sustainability Officer Intern at Airbus offers hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy across UK sites, with varied projects and direct interaction with senior stakeholders.

You will manage initiatives, shape social value policy, deliver communications, and support volunteers across the business, while meeting undergraduate placement requirements and security checks.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate status for the full duration of the placement.
• Studying Sustainability, Environment, Geography, International or related socio-environmental areas.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multi-functional networks.

Responsibilities

• Gain an overview of sustainability within a global aerospace leader.
• Project-manage major initiatives and lead sustainability activities.
• Shape UK social value strategy through engagement with stakeholders.
• Deliver communications and present sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
