Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Training & Quality Coordinator to elevate our standard of care. You will deliver member experience training to clinic and support teams, and lead routine quality assurance activities to ensure the CARE standard is consistently applied across sites.

You will manage scheduling, logistics and coaching for a fast-scaling network, while collaborating with the Hospitality Programme Lead on ongoing projects and new clinic launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training delivery, learning and development, hospitality, or member and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver member experience training across clinics and centralised teams.
• Run quality assurance audits against CARE and Member First Manifesto.
• Coordinate sessions, audits, rooms, materials and joining details.
• Report findings to clinic leads and supports wider rollout.
• Support multi-site rollout as clinics come online.
• Incorporate AI role play and quizzes as coaching tools.
