Neko Health is redefining prevention by delivering data-driven, preventive care. We seek a Member Experience Training & Quality Coordinator to standardize the member experience across clinics and centralized teams.

You will deliver training, run audits, and drive improvements while coordinating sessions, rooms, and materials across markets. The role involves hands-on project work in a live culture change programme, supporting scaling clinics and ensuring consistent standards, with regular travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training delivery, learning and development, hospitality, or member and customer experience.
• Hands-on experience running quality assurance or experience audits, with actionable feedback.
• Confident facilitator with ability to lead long sessions and engage clinicians and operators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver member experience training across clinic and support teams.
• Run quality assurance audits against CARE and the Member First Manifesto.
• Turn audit insights into coaching and concrete improvements with leads.
• Coordinate training and audits across multiple sites, sessions, rooms, and materials.
• Support rollout with hands-on involvement in clinics and markets as they come online.
