Job summary

Neko Health is expanding its UK clinic network and seeks a driven Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support daily ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics for UK clinic consumables. This entry‑level role focuses on P2P workflows, import/export coordination, and process improvements to help scale operations.

You will collaborate with Finance and the US team to ensure efficient, compliant procurement and logistics across clinics.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and best practices.
• Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for UK Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of purchase requests, orders, and supplier queries.
• Support procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money and continuity.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage and last-mile delivery to UK sites.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders in line with internal policies and approvals.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records in the procurement system.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to boost operational efficiency as the UK network scales.
• Ensure end-to-end procurement complies with controls and UK regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workload across procurement, flag bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinic Operations, Finance, and the wider Procurement team (including US) for alignment.
• Support preparation of procurement performance reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks for clinic consumables.
