Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Marketing Manager will develop and deliver the Chartwells Universities & Colleges Proposition, focusing on driving profitable revenue growth through participation and MAP2 growth, supporting sales and retention pipelines.
This will be achieved through creating measurable activation plans targeting key categories like lunch, hot beverages, and food to go, increasing participation, spend, and frequency via apps, kiosks, and tills.
The role involves engaging with stakeholders, ensuring activity aligns with insights and internal protocols, and communicating progress regularly.
