AvantiGas is seeking an experienced UK Logistics Manager to lead our national logistics network from Chesterfield. You will own transport operations across 16 depots, manage a 75-vehicle secondary fleet, and oversee a £10 million 3PL budget, driving cost efficiency and service excellence.

The role requires a hands-on leader who uses data to optimise routes, lead a nine-strong team, and collaborate with Supply, Bulk Sales and Customer Experience to deliver reliable, compliant logistics.
