About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing & Broker Manager to support the successful launch and long-term growth of the Changan brand in the UK.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment as we establish operations in a new and competitive market. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, proactive, and possess strong experience in the leasing and broker channels within the UK automotive sector.

As the UK Leasing & Broker Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Changan’s leasing and broker strategy. This includes building relationships with key leasing companies, fleet operators, and broker partners to maximise brand visibility, vehicle volume, and profitability in these channels. You will play a critical role in driving incremental sales through alternative routes to market, ensuring that all partners are aligned with Changan’s brand positioning, product strategy, and customer standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive, within the Fleet sector.
• Full UK driving licence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute Changan UK’s leasing and broker channel strategy, driving volume growth, brand visibility, and long-term commercial success across fleet and broker partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with key leasing companies, contract hire providers, and vehicle brokers, ensuring Changan is positioned as a preferred partner.
• Negotiate commercial terms, volume agreements, and service level expectations with leasing and broker partners to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, internal stakeholders, and external organisations to ensure the successful growth of the Changan brand in the UK.
• Track and report on channel performance, including vehicle volumes, margins, customer acquisition, and partner satisfaction, providing regular insights to the senior leadership team.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks in the UK leasing and broker space, adjusting strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
