Galderma in London is hiring a Manager of UK IT Sites to lead and oversee IT services for the UK affiliate and a new global entity. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, drive local IT initiatives, and ensure reliable, secure IT services.

The role demands an IT leader with 5–10 years in infrastructure and service delivery, strong communication, and collaboration with Global IT teams. The position offers a hybrid work culture with four days onsite in London.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in IT (infrastructure) and support roles, including leadership positions.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UK IT Sites team and liaise with Global IT.
• Ensure reliable, secure IT operations and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive local IT initiatives, projects, and deployments.
• Manage security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Oversee budget, cost optimization, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate status of IT services to local and regional stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and promote Global IT best practices.
