Job summary

Richemont seeks a Head of Information Technology for the UK region (Peter Millar) to lead IT support, development and infrastructure. You will manage a small hands-on team, align UK technology with global standards, and act as the primary IT contact for the UK business, coordinating with vendors and cross-region teams.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and vendor-management skills, with a hands-on approach to delivery and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT management or leadership roles.
• Experience with ERP, EDI, and supply chain systems.
• Experience managing IT vendors.
• Experience in a global/multi-site organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support, application development, and infrastructure for the UK.
• Run the UK IT function day-to-day and contribute to global projects.
• Filter requests to protect the team’s time and focus.
• Partner with US teams to follow enterprise standards.
• Directly manage and mentor a small growing team.
• Act as hands-on contributor for support and project work.
• Gatekeeper for incoming work—triage and prioritise
• Bridge UK and US teams, translating global standards to local execution.
• Recommend business process improvements within enterprise standards.
• Own project delivery within committed schedule and quality.
• Manage IT vendors and service-provider relationships.
• Demonstrate leadership, decision-making and influencing skills.
