Skechers is seeking a driven Real Estate Development Manager to shape the future of Skechers retail across the UK & Ireland. The role involves sourcing new locations, negotiating deals, and coordinating due diligence and store openings.

You’ll work with Design and Construction teams to ensure projects progress on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has proven real estate site selection experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to build cross-team relationships

Formación

• Proven experience in real estate site selection and analysis.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Spot the next big opportunity – research, identify and assess new locations in UK & Ireland.
• Drive the deal – lead negotiations for new stores, remodels, relocations and extensions.
• Turn data into decisions – prepare deal summaries and financial proformas for Real Estate Committee.
• Own the detail – coordinate due diligence and formal documentation.
