Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager in St Albans to help expand our UK & Ireland retail footprint.

You will identify sites, analyze opportunities and lead negotiations for company-owned stores, remodels, relocations and lease events, working closely with Design and Construction to keep openings on schedule. You’ll turn market data into actionable recommendations, coordinate due diligence and ensure deals are robust and commercially sound, while building strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate site selection and analysis.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% with site visits.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Spot the next big opportunity—research, identify and assess new locations across the UK & Ireland.
• Drive the deal—lead negotiations for stores, remodels, relocations, lease extensions and terminations.
• Turn data into decisions—prepare deal summaries, financial proformas and presentations for the Real Estate Committee.
• Own the detail—coordinate due diligence and formal documentation, ensuring every deal is thoroughly researched and commercially sound.
• Bring stores to life—work with Design and Construction teams to progress projects and open stores on time.
• Build relationships—collaborate with landlords, agents and internal teams.
• Stay one step ahead—monitor the market, locations and retail trends to uncover opportunities.
