Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to help shape Skechers retail across the UK & Ireland from our St Albans base. You will identify new locations, lead negotiations for stores and remodels, and coordinate due diligence with internal teams to ensure timely openings.

Responsibilities include turning data into deal decisions, owning deal documentation, and building strong landlord and stakeholder relationships while staying ahead of market trends. 50% travel required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate site selection and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to travel regularly – approximately 50%.
  • Fluent English; additional languages desirable.

  • Bring stores to life – work closely with our Design and Construction teams to help ensure projects progress smoothly and stores open on time.
  • Build relationships – collaborate with teams across the business and develop strong partnerships with landlords, agents and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay one step ahead – keep an eye on the market, emerging locations and changing retail trends to uncover new opportunities.
