Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) seeks a Financial Controller for the UK & Ireland to lead the UK parent and DPI Ireland close processes, ensure timely statutory reporting, and provide financial insights to the Finance Director. You will develop the junior team and collaborate with auditors and tax advisers to maintain strong control frameworks.

Qualifications

• IFRS/FRS expertise with statutory accounts experience.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Experience in multinational/group reporting in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close for UK parent and DPI Ireland.
• Maintain a detailed close timetable with defined responsibilities and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet.
• Review and approve reconciliations including intercompany and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee statutory financial statements and Group audit processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers.
