Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver a standout consumer experience in-store while achieving set targets and KPIs. You will actively sell shoes and accessories following Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards both in front and back of house.

The role requires flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities for store bonuses upon meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Provide a great consumer experience in store and help deliver set targets and KPIs.
• Sell shoes and accessories through the appropriate Clarks selling models.
• Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of store KPIs by selling at target levels set by management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
