Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager for Manufacturing‑On‑Demand in the United Kingdom. You will lead quality across UK sites within MOD, coordinating with site managers to ensure safety, policy compliance, and high-quality output as the business grows.

You will drive quality initiatives, review customer defect data, and mentor a team of Area Managers in ICQA roles across multiple MOD cells. Strong English communication and prior distribution/ manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading teams in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English with concise communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify key projects and system enhancements.
• Review KPIs daily, weekly or monthly and perform quality analyses affecting Quality.
• Gain expertise in all MOD process paths and ensure adherence to processes.
• Liaise with Operations Managers and General Managers to communicate process policies.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new managers and building strong teams.
