ABM is seeking a Senior Manager- UKI Applications to lead the portfolio of enterprise operational applications across the UK & Ireland. You will ensure security, reliability, scalability and alignment with business requirements while partnering with leaders, suppliers and technology teams.

You will build a high-performing team, establish standards, and drive lifecycle management, governance and continual improvement to deliver value for frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Technology, UK&I Applications or equivalent.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale business applications in operational environments.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, governance and continual improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UK&I Applications function with strategic and operational leadership for the portfolio.
• Establish vision, operating model and standards aligned with business priorities and Technology objectives.
• Develop and maintain the UK&I application portfolio for scalability and fit-for-purpose use.
• Ensure operational readiness, resilience and continual service improvement across applications.
• Champion best practice in application management, service delivery and operational excellence.
• Promote governance, change, release and configuration management and service transition.
