Job summary

Clarion Events, based in the UK, seeks a Senior Business Applications Manager to lead the portfolio of applications and technology solutions. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and oversees architecture, transitions to support, maintenance, deployment and enhancement of software applications.

You will drive delivery with internal teams and vendor partners, align projects with business goals and security architectures, and serve as the primary contact for business units

Qualifications

• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development.
• Vendor management, enterprise application support, and strong business understanding.
• Experience in ERP/CRM environments; Workday and Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in application development.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule development and enhancements.
• Ensure availability and performance of applications, manage incidents and releases, and maintain security standards.
