Job summary

Pertemps Network Group seeks a hands-on HR Generalist to support our UK facility in Kingswinford. You will partner with operational leaders, handling day-to-day HR tasks and advising on policies and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role offers ownership across the HR spectrum, involvement in UK-specific initiatives, and collaboration with the EMEA People and Culture team. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support.
• Monitor UK employment trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support absence management processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain and improve HR processes, procedures, and practices.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, including managing external recruitment partners.
• Collaborate with HR specialists in HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development.
• Participate in UK-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data and insights to support HR decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
