Job Description:

Overall purpose of the role:

Senior Salesperson participating in the development of the GSF franchise with UK clients, focusing on Fixed Income Financing Solutions transactions on Structured Finance assets (ABS, CLOs, loans, etc.), mainly with (but not limited to) Real Money Clients such as Insurers, Pension Funds, Asset Managers, etc.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Originate and execute secured funding solutions/transactions, primarily in the fixed income segment, focusing on clients like insurers, pension funds, hedge funds, and asset managers.
  • Plan and organize client visits and meetings, establishing high-level contacts.
  • Maintain high client engagement to source profitable funding deals, grow the GSF franchise, identify optimal assets and maturities considering risk/reward, and increase equipment rate in relevant documentation.
  • Develop Natixis client base including Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Issuers, Banks, etc. Understand client needs, match capabilities, originate new transactions, and collaborate with Structuring, Trading, and Product teams to design new products. Relay client feedback to trading teams.
  • Coordinate efforts across the bank to service client organizations, ensuring timely and professional transaction execution, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
