Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a high-impact UK Legal Lead to partner with the UK General Manager and leadership on commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, and market access. You will counsel across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance and Government Affairs, overseeing UK disputes and coordinating with external counsel.

The role requires 8–12 years in life sciences, J.D. or equivalent, and fluency in English. Travel within UK and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of legal experience in life sciences
• In-house or law firm experience supporting life sciences
• Strong knowledge of UK pharmaceutical law and commercial issues
• Experience advising commercial pharmaceutical organisations
• Experience supporting market access, reimbursement or healthcare contracting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the UK General Manager and Leadership Team.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to support commercial decisions.
• Lead legal support for UK commercialization of oncology portfolio.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements for UK operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on complex disputes and regulatory matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and manage litigation budgets.
