Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with strong computer skills and a patient, methodical approach to work? Do you enjoy supporting clients in a professional setting while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a UK & Foreign Services Assistant Executive to join a team within a leading company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a structured, supportive environment.

About the Role

This is not a sales-heavy position. While there is a light element of upselling—such as providing clients with helpful service information and templates—the core of the role is administrative. The hours are 09.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week) fully on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate communication.
  • Handling inbound phone enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records using an internal CRM system.
  • Supporting service delivery for valuations, medallion guarantees, and share-related processes.
  • Sharing relevant fact sheets and upselling materials with clients as appropriate.
  • Liaising with internal departments and third-party providers to coordinate workflow.
  • Performing general administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Good numeracy skills and a confident approach to handling financial information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style.
  • Patient, empathetic communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively within deadlines.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths required; further qualifications advantageous.
