Job summary

Lord Search & Selection seeks a Managing Director for its West Midlands FMCG manufacturing practice. The role carries full P&L ownership, responsibility for commercial strategy, distributor development, market growth and manufacturing performance, reporting into the European leadership team.

You will drive growth by strengthening distributor relationships, expanding product penetration and delivering against customer requirements, with autonomy at UK level and a strong emphasis on execution.

Qualifications

• Senior FMCG leader with significant commercial, operational and P&L responsibility.
• Experience working across distributors, wholesalers, and indirect routes to market.
• Proven track record of profitable revenue growth.
• Ability to set strategic direction while hands-on with operations.
