Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance colleagues and business stakeholders with regulatory engagement and reports.
• Create and update guidelines, policies, and routines within compliance.
• Monitor UK regulatory developments affecting Klarna's business areas.
• Interpret new/modified regulations and support implementation.
• Advise business on all compliance-related matters.
• Share regulatory knowledge and provide training to increase competence.
• Oversee adherence to UK regulations and ensure governance.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks and prepare risk analyses.
• Participate in development projects for new products and services.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain compliance plans.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external reports.
