Qualifications

• Degree-level and professional qualifications in accounting or business administration.
• Proven track record building and leading shared service centres with strong delivery.
• Experience managing diversified, multi-location teams including offshore units.

Responsibilities

• Lead five financial management teams to deliver high-quality services across UK and JBS.
• Drive governance and compliance (RICS, HMRC, ISAE 3402) with strong controls.
• Lead transformation, automation and data analytics to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship teams to align services with client needs.
