Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to support the CX team across BYD and DENZA retailer networks. You will analyze customer feedback, produce insightful reports and support retailers and internal teams in delivering improvements across Sales and Aftersales.

The role requires strong data analysis, presentation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders both remotely and on-site, with travel nationwide and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, retail operations or data reporting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Confident communication and relationship-building, remotely and face-to-face.
• Ability to present feedback and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Highly organized, proactive with changing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and distribute regular Sales and Aftersales NPS reports.
• Analyse customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create clear presentations and performance reports for internal teams and retailers.
• Support CX KPIs such as NPS, Mystery Shopping and Audits.
• Attend retailer meetings and site visits to present findings and insights.
• Build relationships with Customer Care, Sales, Aftersales, Technical and Field teams.
• Assist in CRM lead-flow and customer inquiry management.
• Contribute to end-to-end customer journey improvement projects.
